It’s going to run most games fine especially if you are not greedy with settings. GTA 5, for example, will run at a nice 40-50FPS using medium presets and 720p resolution.
There are nothing special about the ports of Lenovo Flex 4 (80VE000MUS). The usual USB ports are present, two are USB 3.0 and one is USB 2.0. Also HDMI output is there, the good old port to plug your HD television or another monitor to.

The battery on this Lenovo can not be removed until you tear the unit apart. But it’s not a bad battery, people are getting around 7 hours while browsing the web and movie watching.
